Bais Medrash Elyon is a Haredi kollel and advanced Talmudic institution in Monsey, New York, founded in 1945 by Rabbi Shraga Feivel Mendlowitz as the graduate division of Yeshiva Torah Vodaath, established to restore advanced Torah scholarship in the aftermath of the Holocaust. It offers a multi-year undergraduate and graduate program of Talmudic and rabbinic study and has been a formative institution in Monsey's development as a center of Torah study.
