The National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. is the largest historically African American Christian denomination in the United States, founded in 1895 through the merger of earlier Black Baptist conventions. It is headquartered at the Baptist World Center in Nashville, Tennessee, and coordinates missions, publishing, and educational work among its member churches. The convention holds an annual national meeting to conduct denominational business.
