The Riverside Church is an interdenominational congregation in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, dually affiliated with the United Church of Christ and American Baptist Churches USA. It opened in 1930 and is known for its Gothic Revival tower and 74-bell carillon. It draws members and affiliates from more than 40 denominational, national, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
