The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is the largest Presbyterian denomination in the United States, formed in 1983 by the reunion of the northern and southern branches of American Presbyterianism. Its national offices, the Presbyterian Center, are located in Louisville, Kentucky. The denomination is organized into presbyteries and synods under a connectional, representative form of government.
