The Jilala, or Tariqa Jilalia, is an ecstatic and music-therapeutic tariqa of Sufi origin in Morocco, and the oldest Moroccan Muslim confraternity. It is named after the Sufi master Abdul Qadir Gilani, known in Morocco as Moulay Abdelkader Jilali, and its rituals include dhikr and the invocation of marabouts and jinns, alongside other trance confraternities of Morocco such as the Gnawa, Hmadsha and Aissawa.
