The Suleymancilar, also spelled Suleymanlilar, is a Sunni Muslim movement focused on Quranic education, based in Turkey. It takes its name from Suleyman Hilmi Tunahan, who began Quranic education there in the 1930s despite the country's secularist bans on religious teaching. By the early 1990s the movement was estimated to have more than two million members in Turkey, and it has also established sub-orders in Germany and the United States.
