CIA-Initiated Remote Viewing at Stanford Research Institute

Harold E. Puthoff was a physicist who co-directed the CIA-funded remote viewing research program at Stanford Research Institute, and this Journal of Scientific Exploration article is his own published account of that program's origins, methods and claimed results.
