Krishna: The Beautiful Legend of God (Srimad Bhagavata Purana, Book X)

Edwin F. Its limit is that it translates this one Purana's account specifically, so a claim about how Krishna's life is told differently in another textual tradition, such as the Harivamsa or a regional vernacular retelling, needs a source addressing that separate text rather than being drawn from this Bhagavata Purana translation alone.
