The Supreme Council of the Ethnikoi Hellenes' own official website is the primary self account of YSEE, a Hellenic polytheist organisation founded in 1997 that achieved legal recognition as a known religion in Greece in 2017. Its authority is that of the organisation's own statement of its structure, activities and religious position, which is exactly the kind of claim a group's own account is the right source for. It is not an independent scholarly or journalistic account of contemporary Hellenic polytheism, and a claim about the movement's size, history or reception needs a separate outside source.

2
Organization-primary-source shape (a religious or civic body's own official website about itself). This is an institutional self-account and sits at tier 2; tier 3 is reserved narrowly for a tradition's own account of its own teachings and practice, not for an organization's own website about itself.
Notes
The Supreme Council of Ethnikoi Hellenes' own official website; an institutional self-account, not independent scholarly analysis.
