The Zhouli, the Rites of Zhou, is an ancient Chinese primary text on ritual and bureaucratic organization, traditionally attributed to the Zhou dynasty though its actual date of compilation is debated among scholars, which is why the atlas records no publisher and no publication year for it: it is a text transmitted across many centuries, not a single dated modern edition. Its strength is that it is the primary source itself for the ritual and administrative system it describes. Its limit is the ordinary one for any transmitted ancient text: how much of it reflects the Zhou period it claims and how much reflects later editorial hands is a real and unresolved scholarly question.
