The nikayas, the ordination fraternities that structure Theravada Buddhist monasticism in Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia: Siam Nikaya (Siyam Nikaya) and its reform offshoots Amarapura Nikaya and Ramanna Nikaya in Sri Lanka, and the royally sponsored Dhammayuttika Nikaya (Thammayut Order) in Thailand.
