Angel Tarot Cards adapts the standard seventy eight card Major and Minor Arcana into an angel themed deck, created by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine with artwork by Steve A. Roberts and published by Hay House in 2012. It keeps the traditional tarot's card count and structure while replacing its historical imagery with angels, archangels and gentler scenes aimed at readers new to tarot.

A Companion Trio Built from One Deck's Success
Angel Tarot Cards is the deck that opened a three part catalogue Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine built together for Hay House. Published in 2012 with artwork by Steve A. Roberts, it keeps the standard seventy eight card Major and Minor Arcana structure while recasting its traditional imagery in soft pastel angels, archangels and gentler scenes, aimed at readers who find the historical tarot's darker cards intimidating. Every suit card is a fully illustrated scene rather than a plain repeated suit sign, following the Marseille and Continental trump order in which Justice sits at eight and Strength at eleven.
Two further decks followed the same partnership and publisher. Guardian Angel Tarot Cards arrived in 2014, keeping the same card count but renaming the four suits Action, Emotion, Thoughts and Abundance and framing each card around a specific angel's guidance. Fairy Tarot Cards followed in 2015, built as a self esteem focused companion designed to be mixed with Angel Tarot Cards in combined readings, with its own renamed suits and a fairy court cast set against a Glastonbury backdrop. Across all three, Virtue and Valentine kept the traditional twenty two card Major Arcana and fifty six card Minor Arcana intact while varying only the imagery, suit names and central theme layered over it.
